ORDERS DUE BY SEPT 1ST

Fill out the form below with what you would like to order! We will have everything ready to pick up the 1st day of dance. We will charge your debit/credit card on file with the total due plus processing fee. OR you can VENMO @dana-rubyblue before Sept 1st. We will stop taking orders Sept 1st. All cards will be charged when we run 1st month tuition unless we receive a venmo from you. 

Shoes sizes- Let us know your dancers regular street shoe size. If for some reason they don't fit we will exchange them for the correct size
Tights sizes are XSmall child-XXL Adult
